While reserving a hotel room is not required for the event, it is convenient to change, rest, and be central to all of the daily activities. Some things to consider before reserving your room in our block:

- Every room at the Doubletree has sold out for every year of our festival

- We have contracted discounted rooms at a rate of $139 a night

- You are not charged until checkout and cancellations are free

- The link below books you in our room block with a discounted rate.

- Parking is free for hotel guests and $5 for non-hotel guests.
