California Dance Festival – Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending California Dance Festival (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Tickets and Registration

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable. California Dance Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

2. Event Changes

Schedules, instructors, artists, venues, and programming are subject to change at any time. No refunds will be provided due to changes in lineup or scheduling.

3. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property loss, or other harm. You voluntarily assume all risks.

4. Code of Conduct

Harassment, abusive behavior, intoxication, unsafe dancing, or disruption of the event will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

California Dance Festival is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring at the Event.

6. Media Consent

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant California Dance Festival permission to use your likeness for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
