California Dance Festival – Waiver of Liability

By purchasing a ticket or attending California Dance Festival, I acknowledge and agree that participation involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, injury, illness, or death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge California Dance Festival, its owners, directors, staff, volunteers, instructors, performers, venues, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, damage, or loss while attending or participating in the Event.

 

I certify that I am physically capable of participating and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless California Dance Festival from any claim brought on my behalf or by any third party.

If registering on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the minor’s legal guardian and consent to this waiver.
